I greatly enjoyed the way my single room was arranged in perfect shape. the coffee/tea making machines and fridges worked well. the hotel's location was perfect and excellent, not far from the center, the opera house where most tours start from, and the Christmas markets.

spotless, excellent value hotel, its location was magnificent and near to stephansplatz and the center of old vienna and st stephens cathedral. the staff were very helpful as i expected. i truly enjoyed the a single room. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, i also had central heating, tv set, and a fridge. everything was simply perfect.

We had quite a comfortable time during our 3-night stay at this hotel. the single room was compact but well-equipped with a kettle, coffee, and had a high ceiling.

The room was mind-blowingly tastefully decorated, super clean, and had a big cozy bed with plenty of pillows. The location was jaw-droppingly close to attractions and we could easily walk to the Opera house or a Mozart concert. The staff was incredibly friendly and stored our luggage while we explored. We were blown away by the A/C, free cookies, water, and Wi-Fi. Plus, the fridge, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle, and no smoking policy were all icing on the cake!

Great location, just a short walk to Stephansplatz, St. Stephen's Cathedral, and the city center. We enjoyed some coffee and treats at Cafe Central, which was conveniently close to the hotel. 🍰

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The free cookies and water were a nice touch. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable rooms.

The guest room at Private Comfort Stephansplatz was fantastic! It had a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Vienna. The private bathroom was clean and had free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The seating area in certain rooms was a great spot to unwind and plan out the next day's adventures. I also loved that there was an electric kettle in the room for a quick cup of tea.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the sofa in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might find it comfy.
